Ledger of Quarter Master Generals Department of G. S. L. City, 1857. 1857-1896.

Handwritten, leather bound ledger containing financial records for the Nauvoo Legion, including accounts of horses and mules, wheat, oats, and barley threshing. Individual accounts for William H. Kimball, Lewis Robison, George W. Grant, and Brigham Young Jr. are also included. Following the militia accounts, the volume appears to have been used for other purposes, and includes individual accounts for Pleasant Grove residents, as well as voting records from 1890. Most of the book is unused, and some pages have been cut out of the volume.
